“Ms. December” is Miss Megan Rogers, an Australian Shepherd mix who is eight years old this
month. Megan lives in Shepherd Park Plaza with Linda Rogers and Marilyn Joiner. Megan was
found in the woods near Canyon Lake at about two months old; she was cold, hungry, filthy, flea
infested and traumatized. It turns out that she is incredibly smart and lives to work. Her favorite
job is running errands in the car but she also likes herding the automatic pool cleaner. She loves
wearing different bandanas and hats and she has an outfit for every occasion. When she is not
working, she likes having company, playing fetch, howling at the moon, and belly rubs. This is one
special pup.
