Personal Care of Your Pets in Their Own Home
“Missy May” is Megan Rogers, an Australian Shepherd/Border
Collie mix. Megan lives in Shepherd Park Plaza with her family
Linda Rogers and Marilyn Joiner. Eight years ago, Megan was
found in the woods near Canyon Lake. She was a three month
old puppy, lost, alone, frightened, hungry and filthy. Linda and
Marilyn cleaned her up, brought her home, and watched a
magnificent personality blossom. Megan seems to understand
the human language or she is an expert at body language. In any
event, she is one smart cookie. She is a Border Collie and Border
Collie’s love to work and must have a job. Megan has several
jobs. Her main job is herding Linda and the mechanical pool
cleaner, both of which are hysterical to witness. She is also
highly skilled at running errands, particularly going to the drive-in
bank and the car wash. She loves her walks and Greenies.
However, the best times for her are in the backyard. She has a
Converse type shoe that she will catch and toss back. She loves
running around the pool, chasing squirrels, and howling at the
moon. When the day is done and all work finished, Megan likes
to lie on the couch and watch TV. Her fur is silky soft due to
tummy rubs with aloe vera baby wipes. Megan is so bright, so
sweet, and so much fun. Luv ya darlin!
