November’s dynamic duo is Rusty and Lola Murillo. Rusty is a two year old Beagle and
Lola is a three year old Jack Russell mix. They live in Section 5 with their humans,
Candice and Rick, and two adorable cats, Bacio and Sterling. Rusty was adopted from
a local breeder and Lola was adopted at the New Orleans SPCA although she started
out at the Houston SPCA. Lola has taught Rusty how to run fast like a terrier and
Rusty has taught Lola how to howl like a hound dog. They both love chew toys and
Rusty has recently taken up swimming but Lola prefers naptime. They are charter
members of the Go Dog Social Club. They are affectionately called Rustylump and
Lolabean by their friends and family.
