Pet of the Month:
"Mr. September"
Milo Edwards (orange/white domestic cat). He was born in late April
2001, in Dickinson, Texas. His parents, Bill and Jennie Edwards
adopted him when he was about eight weeks old. They named him
Katy but when they took him to the vet to make sure he was healthy,
a name change was in order so he became Milo.
He was so tiny and could fit in your pocket back then. Now Milo is a
whopping twenty pounds. He never had a tail so when he was a
kitten, he would chase his leg which made everyone laugh.
Milo and his parents live in Section 1 of Garden Oaks and Milo has
made some really good friends in the neighborhood. Clarisse, a wild
bird, and Rocco, a squirrel, visit the Edwards' home almost every day
where they eat and visit with him.
Milo also loves his pet sitter, Miss Mo, who comes by to visit when he
has to be home alone. If Milo could talk he would probably say "Life is
good-life is fine; life is tremendous all the time!"
